Finance close workflows
Turn close knowledge into a living playbook that keeps every step aligned.
Capture month-end close steps across ERP, Excel, and approval systems so every close run is consistent, auditable, and repeatable.
Shorten the close cycle without sacrificing controls.
Reduce reconciliation rework with guided, validated steps.
Give leaders a clear view of progress and ownership.
Measure the first rollout
Keep the first deployment easy to judge
Use a short scorecard. You want to see the workflow get faster, cleaner, and easier to review without adding process for process's sake.
Metric 1
Time from day 1 to first close draft.
Metric 2
Number of rework loops per close.
Metric 3
Exceptions flagged and resolved per run.
